Steven M. Cotton: Mr. Cotton entered the field of Information Technology in 1986. Developing skills in computer networking, database development and systems anlysis, he quickly rose through the ranks of Information Management. With the rise of the Internet and the World Wide Web, Mr. Cotton added electronic data publishing to his list of accomplishments. He has held certifications in a variety of technologies by respected companies such as Novell, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, 3Com and Cisco. He founded SCService in 1997 and grew the company into a successful service organization. His personal experience builds on extensive work in the medical services, laboratory and device manufacturing industries, as well as petroleum products and finance.

Stacey Umphenour-Cotton: With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Ms. Umphenour-Cotton is well-positioned to help you manage your back-office needs. She is a certified Human Resources professional who has worked in medical device, fitness and automotive parts industries, as well as public relations and environmental control.
